Alina Obukhova is a San Francisco-based artist, art therapist whose work bridges the visual and emotional landscapes of human transformation. With a background in psychology and years of therapeutic practice, fine art and mindfulness, she creates deeply textured abstract, tactile paintings that reflect the complex inner processes of growth, emotional release, and self-discovery.
Alina`s paintings have been exhibited in galleries across California and featured in both national and international exhibitions and art projects. Her works have appeared in curated publications and been acquired by private collectors in the US and abroad.
In 2025, she will present her first solo show, The Eruption Within – a multi-sensory exhibition exploring transformation through interactive art, sound, and space design. Alina continues to research the intersection of art, psychology, and nature, creating spaces – both physical and emotional – where viewers can reconnect with themselves through sensory and symbolic experience.
